How to order:

   a. Choose your interested goods, write down the model number

   b. Click on "Order online", fill in the customer info and submit;

   c. We will sign a "Order Conformation", send you a scan original copy by e-mail.

2. If special design, please email us your specific requests for the goods ,and then we can sign the “ order confirmation”

 Payment: Buyers must make a 50% deposit based on the price of item both off the self designs and custom made, at the right time Buyers return the confirmation of order. The balance should be paid before shipment or B/L copy at sight. The most available payment term is T/T , and Western Union can be accepted too.

Shipment:Our price are always FOB guangzhou Price. If any request, we would be pleased to offfer you the CIF price and arrange shipment through the most reliable forwarders. All costs related to shipment, i.e. insurance, customs, duties, taxes, etc shall rely on Buyer alone. Freight should be prepaid.

Producing Time: Our regular producing time for 1pc inflatables is 3~7 days, and 20~30 days for container order. It can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions. 

 Limited Warranty: Yinhe Inflatables Co.,ltd provides Buyer a limited repair and replacement warranty which is only for the products identified by category, specified as follows: a) The warranty shall apply to the inflatables plus all accessories, equipment and parts manufactured by Yinhe Inflatables Ltd; b) Wear items such as entrance covers, mats, slide covers, slide covers with steps, climbing rocks are not warranted beyond the first 90 days after receipt of goods. These items are intended to reduce wear on the inflatable and require periodic replacement at buyer’s expense; c) Warranty for any defects in material and workmanship of inflatables is effective in one year period from date of shipment.

 What is included in the inflatables games’ price? 
 1.Repair kit, including PVC tarpaulin and appropriate glue.
 2.Removable slide skins(for slides only), which can be replaced along with sliding mats.
 3.Products manual.
 4.Supply matching electric fans ( extra payment)
